Application Guidelines

• Read the complete advertisement and the eligibility criteria of the opportunity on its detail page.
• Make sure you meet the age, qualification, domicile and other requirements on the closing date of applications.
• Keep a valid email address and an active mobile / WhatsApp number. SESSI may contact you on these.

Prepare clear scanned copies or photographs of the following documents:

• Recent Passport Size Photograph
• CNIC (Front)
• CNIC (Back)
• Sindh Domicile
• Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate
• Final Transcript / Marks Sheet
• Relevant Professional Certificate(s) (optional)

Accepted formats are PDF, JPG and PNG. Each file must be 5.00 MB or smaller. If you have several certificates, combine them into a single PDF.

1. Category — select only one discipline / category.
2. Personal information — enter your name exactly as it appears on your CNIC. CNIC format: XXXXX-XXXXXXX-X. Mobile format: 03XX-XXXXXXX.
3. Academic information — enter Matric, Intermediate and your qualifying degree with CGPA or percentage, and the date of completion of the qualifying degree.
4. Eligibility — confirm each eligibility statement. Your age on the closing date is calculated automatically from your date of birth.
5. Skills — optionally describe your computer skills, certifications and area of interest.
6. Documents — upload each required document. You can preview, replace or remove a file before submission.
7. Declaration — read and accept the declaration.
8. Review & Submit — check all information and submit.

Your entries are kept while you move between steps. Do not close the browser tab before submitting.

• Applications are blocked if your age on the closing date exceeds the maximum age for the opportunity.
• For fresh-graduate programmes, the qualifying degree must have been completed within the specified period (for example, two years) before the closing date.
• Candidates awaiting their final result cannot apply.
• Sindh domicile district and PRC district are mandatory.
• CGPA or percentage of the qualifying degree is mandatory and is checked against any minimum requirement.
• Only one application per CNIC is accepted for each opportunity.

• You will receive a unique Application ID (for example SESSI-INT-2026-000001).
• Download the acknowledgement slip immediately and keep it safe. Quote your Application ID in all correspondence.
• Submitted applications cannot be edited or withdrawn online.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Original documents will be verified at a later stage.
• Concealment or submission of false information will result in rejection or cancellation at any stage.
